Late Arrivals
Please be mindful that your booking time refers to the start time of your treatment. Access to our Vitality Suite is available for 60 minutes prior to your treatment time. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid impacting other guests’ appointments.
Cancellations & Booking
Due to high demand, we recommend booking treatments and packages in advance. A booking deposit is required and a strict 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made on the day will be charged in full. Where possible, we will endeavour to reschedule your booking.
Age Requirements
Escape Spa is strictly an over 18s facility. All guests must be aged 18 or over to access the Vitality Suite, spa facilities and treatments. Please note that any persons under 18 will be prohibited from entry into the spa facilities.
Health & Wellbeing
Please inform our spa team of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or other health considerations that may affect your treatment. This allows our therapists to recommend or adapt treatments appropriately. All guests are required to complete a pre-treatment consultation form. Following review of this form, your therapist may need to discuss certain information with you to ensure your chosen treatment is safe and suitable. Where necessary, treatments may be adapted or an alternative treatment recommended.
Pregnancy
For the health and wellbeing of our guests, we do not offer spa treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy (12 weeks and under). If you are pregnant, please inform our team at the time of booking so we can advise on suitable treatments. Failure to notify our team of your pregnancy may result in the cancellation of your treatment.
Gift Vouchers
Escape Spa and Imperial Hotel Gift Vouchers can be used as payment. Please advise our team when booking that you intend to use a gift voucher and present your voucher on arrival. Please note, we only accept Escape Spa and Imperial Hotel Gift Vouchers.
Our Therapists
Our team includes both male and female therapists. If you have a preference, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Spa Etiquette
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for all guests, the use of mobile phones is not permitted within the spa. Photography and filming are also strictly prohibited to respect the privacy and comfort of all our guests.
Attire
Robes and towels will be provided where applicable. Guests are required to wear appropriate swimwear when using the spa facilities, and we recommend bringing your own suitable footwear. Slippers can be provided upon request.
Personal Belongings
Lockers are provided for personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home, as Escape Spa cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
